If I'm going to be honest, I rarely ever actually make new year's resolutions because I never follow through with them. So I normally think, "what's the point?"

But this year is going to be different. It's already different. Because I have compiled a small list of my goals (or resolutions) for 2015!

I've honestly had a pretty crap year, but looking back there were definitely a lot of positives as well. I'm hoping, and praying, *fingers crossed* that 2015 will be so much nicer to me!

So without further a do, here is my (sort of tiny, but practical) list:

1. Make some 2015 resolutions.

2. Be healthier. - I.e., Get eight hours of sleep per night, try to eat more fruits and veggies and treat myself less (this way it will feel more like a treat), go to the gym more. Baby steps!

3. Be happier! - I can sometimes be a negative nelly, especially when it comes to being happy with myself. I'd like to try and be more positive in my own skin, after all we are our own worst critics.

4. Take some risks! - I tend to play it safe almost 100% of the time when it comes to doing things on my own. I have all kinds of dreams that have to do with travelling and seeing the world. Some of which include moving from my teeny tiny bubble and going to school in Toronto-even if this means I must go alone.

5. Follow through with said resolutions! - I'm going to try and hold myself to this one. ;)

I think this list is very practical, realistic and doable, so there shouldn't be any reason why I don't follow through with them. Right? I want to make this year as memorable as possible and get myself out of my shell a bit, even if that means starting over someplace all by myself.

Wish me luck guys!

I hope you all have an amazing 2015, even if you're 2014 was pretty great. We all deserve it!

  1. Good luck with your resolutions! Ours are pretty much a like, I want to achieve the same things in 2015. Hopefully we can both become more happier and healthier this year :)
